Edigit implements its business management with two new divisions/departments
Edigit is an Italian Software House founded by Enrico Parisini more than twenty years ago. The origins of Edigit date back to the eighties and over the years the company has been able to constantly improve its products, gaining important international awards and becoming one of the leading companies operating at international scale in this field. Nowadays Edigit is fully operating in the marketplace of many foreign counties, such as Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates and Australia.
The Edigit headquarter is places in Bologna, in the northern Italy, where both the organization and the coordination of every company's departments take place, starting from the software analysis and development, to sales, to the help desk activities, up to the general manager activities.

Thanks to the experience grown during the past years, Edigit has been able to combine its analytic capacity with the expectations of its customers, and has developed a new-generation software called Enterprise 64, along with the successful classic UT series.
The new ERP has been developed to satisfy the requirements of every type of printing companies from different sectors: Digital, Serigraphic, Offset, Roto-Offset, Label and Bookbinderies.
Such management “tool” allows customers to keep under control their production costs and to rationalize their production cycle. Thanks to the functionalities of this informative support, after they create their job sheet from the estimate, they will be able to check their raw materials supply, real costs progress, orders to suppliers, in order to control their administrative/financial resources, their outwork jobs, their business commercial management and planning, due to a perfect organizational machine called “management system”.
The new company structure
It has become necessary to classify Edigit’s customers into two different divisions as “language”, methods and requirements from a small/mid-sized company, both Offset and Digital, are not the same as those from the big-sized companies, even though both company typologies use similar tools and aim to the same thing: a good Company management.
Edigit, in order to reflect different organizational realities, and above all in the full respect of its customers, has created two divisions featured as follows:
Edigit International  - keeps dealing with the current customers;
- manages both technical and commercial relationships with the small/mid-sized companies;
- thanks to its foreign department, it manages its international market in Switzerland, Spain, United Arab Emirates and Australia.
Edigit System  - has been created for the most structured graphic companies, and it manages all the technical and commercial relationships with those medium/big-sized companies searching a high level organization by the usage of integrated systems which are more and more oriented to a careful management control, from the CRM to the management accounting, going through the Business Intelligence functionalities.
Edigit’s management is strongly convinced that the new organizational layout will give an optimal result in order to respect and give to its current and future customers a “plus” that will be highly appreciated.
